• The Merchant acknowledges that City Live is a community-driven platform where users may add locations, photos, and experiences (Moments) for public and commercial venues to enrich city discovery.

• City Live is not liable for the accuracy of information added by users prior to the official verification process.

2. Claiming Ownership:

• Business owners or authorized legal representatives have the right to "Claim Ownership" of their venue's profile within the application.

• Claim requests require the submission of official commercial documentation (e.g., Commercial Registration) to ensure data authenticity.

3. Venue Verification:

• Once ownership is verified, the venue will receive a "Verified" badge and the right to manage core details (Name, Location, Operating Hours).

• Verified Merchants gain access to a dashboard to analyze user engagement and the volume of ride requests directed to their venue.

4. Discounts and Partnerships:

• Merchants enabling "Exclusive Discounts" are obligated to provide the advertised discount to City Live users upon presentation of the app interface.

• City Live reserves the right to suspend a merchant's discount feature if reports of non-compliance are received.

5. Content Liability:

• Verified Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of photos and pricing they officially upload to their profile.

• The "Moments" section remains an open space for user experiences; Merchants may not request content removal unless it violates public morals or contains explicit defamation.
