CityLive - Terms Service

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the management of the City Live application.
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
The Application: Refers to the City Live platform and all its associated services, including "Moments," "Ride," and "Dine Out" features.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to utilize transport and ride-hailing services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your name and mobile number.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activities that occur under their profile.

Service Nature: City Live acts as a technical intermediary platform connecting passengers with licensed third-party transport providers (Captains); the application itself does not function as a transport carrier.
Regulatory Compliance: All trips are subject to the laws and regulations issued by the General Transport Authority and the Wasl platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Service Categories: The application offers various transport categories to suit different user needs; City Live reserves the right to modify, rename, or update these categories and their pricing at its sole discretion.
Cancellations: City Live reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee if a user cancels a trip after it has been accepted by a Captain.

Ownership and Licensing: While the User retains ownership of the content they post (photos, videos, text), they grant City Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes across various platforms.
Community Interaction: Users are encouraged to share authentic experiences and engage in discussions regarding local venues and services.
Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that violates Islamic Sharia, public morals, or Saudi Arabian regulations, including but not limited to defamatory, offensive, or infringing material.
Moderation: City Live reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these posting policies without prior notice.

Offers: City Live collaborates with partners (restaurants, cafes, etc.) to provide exclusive discounts; these offers are subject to the specific terms of the providing merchant.
Anti-Fraud Policy: City Live reserves the right to immediately suspend any user or merchant account found to be manipulating, abusing, or misrepresenting discounts and promotional offers.
Limitation of Liability: City Live is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by third-party partners; its role is strictly limited to facilitating the discount and discovery process.

The application supports multiple payment methods, including cash, Mada, and credit cards.
The User is obligated to pay the total value of the trip or service immediately upon its completion.
City Live reserves the right to update service fees at any time, with notification provided to users through the application interface.

City Live is committed to protecting user privacy and will not share personal data with third parties except as required by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or for integration with official platforms such as Wasl.

City Live shall not be liable for any damages resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its control or from the misconduct of a user or captain.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
